30 aprilis [1772] obiit Livina Teirlinck f[ili]a Andreae et vidua Petri Saeij, aetat[is] 50 annorum, Ecclesiae Sacramentis munita.

Translation

On the thirtieth of April [1772] died Livina Teirlinck, daughter of Andreas and widow of Petrus Saeij, aged 50, fortified with the sacraments of the Church.
