26ta Xbris [1757] baptizavi Petrum filium Petri Say et Livinae Teerlinck conjugum, natum pridie hora 8a vesp[ertina]; susceperunt Joannes de Walsche et Elizabetha Megroet. [Signature of the vice-pastor.]

On the 26th of December [1757] I baptised Petrus, son of Petrus Say and Livina Teerlinck, a married couple, born the day before at eight in the evening; godparents Joannes de Walsche and Elizabetha Megroet. [Signature of the vice-pastor.]
