13a Junii obiit Cornelius Leuris f[iliu]s Gabrielis, viduus Jacobae Saeij, consuetis ecclesiae sacris munitus, aetatis suae anno 64o.

Translation

On the thirteenth of June [1746] died Cornelius Leuris, son of Gabriel, widower of Jacoba Saeij, fortified with the usual sacraments of the Church, in the 64th year of his age.
