Tertia februarij 1715 baptizavi Annam Mariam fil[iam] legit[imam] Livini vande Wattijne et Livinae van Eename coniug[um], natam pridie circa 2dam pomeridianam; susceperunt Judocus Bauwens et Elizabetha Verschraghe[n], quod attestor. R. van Ruijsel [?], vicep[astor].

Translation

On the third of February 1715 I baptised Anna Maria, legitimate daughter of Livinus vande Wattijne and Livina van Eename, a married couple, born the day before at about two in the afternoon; godparents Judocus Bauwens and Elizabetha Verschraghe[n], which I attest.
