Die decima nona 8bris 1708 circa quartam matitinam [sic] obijt Livinus f[ili]us Joannis Saeij aetatis suae anno tertio. — Volckenbrugghe [?]

Translation

19 October 1708. At about four in the morning Livinus, son of Joannes Saeij, died, in the third year of his age. (Residence:) Volckenbrugghe [?].
