Die vigesimā octavā Ja[nua]rij 1703 baptizavi Livinum Say filium Joannis et Livinae de munck Coniugum natum pridie circa octavam vespertina[m] suscepit Livinus Slabbaert J Verspreet vicepast[or]

28 January 1703. I baptised Livinus Say, son of Joannes and Livina de Munck, a married couple, born the day before at about eight o'clock in the evening. Godfather Livinus Slabbaert. J. Verspreet, curate (vice-pastor).
