Kalendis xbris baptizabi Andream Van Vlaenderen filium Petri et Elizabeth[?] Saij Coniugum natum pridie circa tertiam pomeridianam: susceptoribus Joanne Standaert et Joanna [one word struck out] Tack. P[?] Verspreet vicepastor.

Translation

On 1 December [1697] I baptised Andreas van Vlaenderen, son of Petrus and Elizabeth Saij, a married couple, born the day before at about three in the afternoon; godparents Joannes Standaert and Joanna Tack. P. Verspreet, vice-pastor.
