Die decima quinta novembris baptizavi Joannam filiam Pauli Meersman et Mariae Stoffels coniugum, natam decima tertia eiusdem mensis circa octavam vespertinam. Susceperunt Joannes Saye et Maria Verbiest. Joannes de Vos, vicepastor.

Translation

On 15 November [1679] I baptised Joanna, daughter of Paulus Meersman and Maria Stoffels, a married couple, born on the 13th of the same month at about eight in the evening. The godparents were Joannes Saye and Maria Verbiest. Joannes de Vos, curate.
