Die octava 9bris circa horam undecimam matutinam obiit Anna Burrens uxor Joannis Meersman, aetatis anno circiter sexagesimo. Exequiae factae 3 lect[ionum]. Wittemoere.

On 8 November [1678], at about eleven in the morning, died Anna Burrens, wife of Joannes Meersman, in about the sixtieth year of her age. Funeral service with three lessons. Wittemoere.
