A[nn]o D[omi]ni 1676 die 24 Octob[ris], hora 12 noctis, obijt omnibus munitus Ecclesiae Sacramentis Adrianus Van Belle, huius Ecclesiae fidelis Custos, [a word above the line, not read] sepultus in templo, aetat[is] 65 [anno]. Exeq[uiae] factae 8 decemb[ris], off[icium] 9 lect[ionum].

Translation

In the year of the Lord 1676, on 24 October, at midnight, died, fortified with all the sacraments of the Church, Adrianus Van Belle, faithful sexton of this church, [a word above the line, not read] buried inside the church, aged 65. The funeral service was held on 8 December, an office of nine lessons.
