A[nn]o D[omi]ni 1673 vigesima Januarij hora 6 vespert[ina]. Obiit omnibus munita Ecclesiae sacramentis Jacoba f[ili]a Livini Saeij, aetatis 15 annor[um].

Translation

In the year of the Lord 1673, on 20 January, at six in the evening, died, fortified with all the sacraments of the Church, Jacoba, daughter of Livinus Saeij, aged 15.
