24 novembris 1630. Baptisatus est Christophorus f[iliu]s Joannis Terlynck, natus 21 huius, et uxoris eius Anna Terlynck [?], hora 4a vesperi; susceptor M[agiste]r Joannes Bogaert, susceptrix Elisabetha uxor Joannis Say.

24 November 1630. Christophorus was baptised, son of Joannes Terlynck and his wife Anna, born on the 21st of this month at four in the afternoon; godfather Master Joannes Bogaert, godmother Elisabetha, wife of Joannes Say.
