Eadem die [18 octobris 1617]. Bapt[isat]a est Joanna f[ili]a Jacobi Burreme et Christophora. Patrinus Mattheus de Pau, patrina vid[ua] Georgij de Muynck.

Translation

The same day [18 October 1617]. Joanna was baptised, daughter of Jacobus Burreme and Christophora. Godfather Mattheus de Pau, godmother the widow of Georgius de Muynck.
