4a febr[uarii] 1794 praevijs tribus bannis coram me infrascripto matrimonio juncti sunt Petrus Franciscus Saey ex Sleydinge et Carola Dammeres ex hac, de consensu quorum interest, coram testibus Joanne Wigge et Livina Theresia Van Hamme. Sponsa et 2a testis dixerunt se scribere non posse. [Signed:] Pieter Francis Saey. Phil[ippus] Jac[obus] Van Moffaert, pastor in Lembeke.

Translation

On 4 February 1794, after three banns, Petrus Franciscus Saey from Sleidinge and Carola Dammeres from this parish were joined in marriage before me, with the consent of those concerned, in the presence of the witnesses Joannes Wigge and Livina Theresia Van Hamme.
