[8?] [martii 1718] bapta est Livina Maria f[ili]a Jacobi Megro et Mariae Saye coniugum; suscept[ores] Georgius van Assche [?] et Livina Saye; nata eadem [8?]a circa 4tam matutinam.

Translation

On [the 8th?] March 1718 Livina Maria was baptised, daughter of Jacobus Megro and Maria Saye, a married couple; godparents Georgius van Assche [?] and Livina Saye; born the same day at about four in the morning.
