142. St. Lievijne de Muijnck fa Lieven + Sleidinge Sint Baafs Volpensweghe januari 1705. Hd. Jan Saeij fs Lieven die deze staat maakt en presenteert aan Lieven de Muijnck fs Lieven (en Lieven Slabbaert fs Laureijns geschrapt) als voogd van Livinus 4j., Marie 14j. en Livijne Saeij 7j. alle drie kinderen van de overl. en deze Hd. Verkaveling van 12.4.1681 ten sterfhuis van Lieven de Muijnck fs Christiaen en Janneken de Baets ouders van de overl. Lieven Slabbaert gehuwd met Marie Saeij en wijlen Lieven Saeij zuster en broer van de Hd. Bij het overl. van Lieven Saeij renunchiert Lieven Slabbaert gehuwd met Marie Saeij, mits den Hd. de voorn. Lieven Saeij onderhouden heeft, mits Lieven Saeij innocent ende bij desen steirfhuyse veel diversche jaeren onderhouden gheweest, mits het onderhoud meer koste dan de eigendom nl. hofstede en woonhuis te Sleidinge Volpensweghe west de straet en oost het vaerdeken, een stuk land " het vier ghemetien" en de cattheijlen van huijsijnghe, schuere en bomen. 9.6.1706

No. 142. Estate inventory of Lievijne (Livina) de Muijnck, daughter of Lieven, who died at Sleidinge-Sint-Baafs on the Volpenswege in January 1705. Surviving husband: Jan Saeij, son of Lieven, who makes this inventory and presents it to Lieven de Muijnck, son of Lieven (Lieven Slabbaert, son of Laureijns, struck out), as guardian of Livinus, 4, Marie, 14, and Livijne Saeij, 7, all three children of the deceased and this husband. A division of 12 April 1681 of the estate of Lieven de Muijnck, son of Christiaen, and Janneken de Baets, parents of the deceased. Lieven Slabbaert, married to Marie Saeij, and the late Lieven Saeij were sister and brother of the husband. On the death of Lieven Saeij, Lieven Slabbaert, married to Marie Saeij, renounces his share, because the husband has kept the said Lieven Saeij, who was innocent and was kept by this household for many years, and his keep cost more than the property, namely a farmstead and dwelling at Sleidinge on the Volpenswege, with the street to the west and the little watercourse to the east, a piece of land called "the four ghemeten", and the chattels of the house, barn and trees. 9 June 1706.
