Jacobus Saij et Anna Schattemans futuri matrimonij fidem dederunt ipsa Ascensionis Domini 1625, praesentibus Luca [?] Schattemans [...] et Elisabetha Goethals filia Egidij testibus, eorundemque matrimonium tertio in faciis Ecclesiae proclamatum est solemnizatum septima Junij anni supradicti, astantibus Livino Say fratre sponsi, et Barbara Pieters sponsae matre.

Translation

Jacobus Saij and Anna Schattemans were betrothed on Ascension Day 1625, witnesses Lucas Schattemans and Elisabeth Goethals, daughter of Egidius; after three banns the marriage was solemnised on 7 June 1625, in the presence of Livinus Say, brother of the groom, and Barbara Pieters, mother of the bride.
