Gerardus Sey et Maria Baerts 27 Junij 1621 contraxerunt sponsalia, astantibus [...] de Keyser [?] et Livina Scarbes [?]; ac per matrimonium tribus praemissis proclamationibus solemnizatum est 17 Julij 1621, praesentibus Livino Sey fratre sponsi, et Dionisia Beare sponsae matre.

Translation

Gerardus Sey and Maria Baerts were betrothed on 27 June 1621 [witnesses ... de Keyser and Livina Scarbes]; after three banns the marriage was solemnised on 17 July 1621, in the presence of Livinus Sey, brother of the groom, and Dionisia Beare, mother of the bride.
