Die 19a octobris 1791 medio 2a pomeridiana obiit et die 22 in coemeterio ad austrum sepulta est Joanna De Vuldere f[ili]a Jacobi et Clara Anna Van Klooster, 55 annorum, ex Cortemarcq, uxor Adriani de Wulf. Attestor A. J. De Busschere, pastor Thoraltensis.

On 19 October 1791 at half past two in the afternoon died, and on the 22nd was buried in the churchyard on the south side, Joanna De Vuldere, daughter of Jacobus and Clara Anna Van Klooster, aged 55, from Kortemark, wife of Adrianus de Wulf. Attested by A. J. De Busschere, parish priest of Torhout.
