24 munita Ecclesiae Sacramentis obiit et 25 missa solemni in coemiterio versus occidentem sepulta est Maria van Dierendonck vidua Joannis Schacht, aetatis circiter 75 annorum.

Translation

On the 24th [June 1740], fortified with the sacraments of the Church, died, and on the 25th with a solemn mass was buried in the churchyard on the west side, Maria van Dierendonck, widow of Joannes Schacht, aged about 75 - born about 1665 (grade A).
