22a Baptizatus est Joannes Bap[tista] fil. Joannis Schacht et Mariae Van Dierendonck conjugum, tenentibus Francisco Gembrecht[?] et Jacoba Hertsoone[?]; natus heri circa 3 post meridiem. a me J. B. P[ermuel?] P. Cap. in W[inghene].

Translation

On the 22nd [August 1707] was baptised Joannes Baptista, son of Joannes Schacht and Maria Van Dierendonck, a married couple, held at the font by Franciscus Gembrecht[?] and Jacoba Hertsoone[?]; born yesterday about three in the afternoon. By me, J. B. P..., chaplain at Wingene (grade A).
