Translation

On 7 January [1759] Emmanuel de Schacht and Joanna Mestdagh were solemnly betrothed before me and the witnesses Baptista de Schacht and Jacobus de Wulf. On 23 January, after three proclamations, they married before me and the same witnesses. Baptista de Schacht is very probably the groom's father, Joannes Baptista (grade A for the act).
