Balduinus Seij et Catharina de Somere 30a 7bris 1618 contraxere sponsalia, patribus Livino Seij et Maria de Somere testibus; atque tertio proclamato est idem solemnizatum vigesima 1a Octobris anni eiusdem, patribus Egidio de Meuldere [?] et Barbara van Goubre [?] matre sponsae.

Translation

Balduinus Seij and Catharina de Somere contracted their betrothal on 30 September 1618, with Livinus Seij and Maria de Somere as witnesses; and after the third proclamation the marriage was solemnised on 21 October of the same year, with Egidius de Meuldere [?] and Barbara van Goubre [?], mother of the bride, as witnesses.
